On August 6th, Titan FC is back with a 9-fight card headlined by Ali Alqaisi (9-5) and Andrew Whitney (16-8) who will fight for the vacant Titan FC featherweight title at the Intercontinental hotel in Miami.

Nate Marquardt Returns This Friday at Titan FC 71
MMA legend, Nate “The Great” Marquardt (35-19-2), makes his long awaited return to the cage as he takes on Michael Cora at Titan FC 71 on August 6th. Friday’s middleweight scrap will be Marquardt’s first in nearly four years however, he is beyond prepared to get back in there. After happily retiring in late 2017, he stopped all training. He felt unwell and unlike himself after a month off and decided to get back into the swing of things. Just four months later, he received a sign it was time to make a comeback.

In his pro debut at Titan FC 66, he showcased his high level striking as he put his opponent to sleep, in under two minutes, with a perfectly timed left hand. In his second bout, six months later at Titan FC 69, he decided to show the world he’s more than just a striker. After getting a few takedowns early, he patiently made his way to full mount, forced his opponent to give up his back and earned his first career submission win by rear-naked choke. In his two pro fights he has a total fight time of 4:17.

Nate Marquardt officially has an opponent for his return to MMA for the first time in nearly four years.
Promotional officials confirmed to MMA Fighting on Friday that the former UFC title challenger will face Michael Cora in a middleweight bout at Titan FC 71. The event takes place Aug. 6 at the InterContinental Hotel in Miami and will air on UFC Fight Pass.

Titan FC 70 went down Friday night, July 2nd, at the InterContinental Hotel in Miami, FL. After an action packed 8-fight card, it concluded with a newly crowned Titan FC middleweight champion, in Bruno Assis, and just one decision. Other notable occurrences on the card were Roy Echeverria's highlight reel spinning heel kick knockout, Talita Alencar's submission victory in her debut and Denzel Freeman's 45 second TKO win.
Titan FC Debutant, Shane O’Shea, Seeks Gold at Titan FC 70
Shane O'Shea (4-1) is set to make his long awaited promotional debut on July 2nd at Titan FC 70, as he battles Bruno Assis (10-5) for the Titan FC middleweight title in the cards main event. O'Shea was originally scheduled to debut at Titan FC 68 back in March however, after several opponent changes, a fight never came to fruition. He and his team at Jupiter Boxing Club decided to stay patient and wait for their chance to earn gold in the Titan FC cage. Come Friday night, the 27-year-old will have the chance to do just that.
